τύπος an imprint; an example to follow

Who we are

Tupos began in the heart of a pastor in southeast Georgia who wanted to build a ministry dedicated to spreading the Gospel all over the world. Our name says what we have always wanted to be. In 1 Timothy 4:12, Paul tells Timothy to be a túpos: an example the believers can follow.

That is our aim. We teach and apply God's Word to everyday life so that others can see a model of faithful living and choose to follow it for themselves. In other words, because Christ has left His imprint on us, we leave His imprint on others.

We believe God wants to use us, and you, to reveal His truth to the world, so that people can grow spiritually and find purpose in a relationship with Him.

Our work has three parts: preaching and teaching the Gospel in the US and across the world, raising and managing funds to support Gospel ministries and organizations, and creating tools for Christian growth and discipleship.

Our work

What we do

We serve pastors, churches, and believers through three kinds of work.

  • Evangelism and charity

We practice and train Gospel sharing, helping churches and organizations build an evangelistic heartbeat by planning and leading revivals and teaching soul-winning. We take part in charitable work that meets the needs of people in hardship while presenting the Gospel to them as their greatest need.

  • Coaching and mentoring

Drawing on decades of pastoral experience, the Tupos team coaches and mentors pastors, young ministers, and believers seeking spiritual guidance and growth. Tupos is supported by a team of experienced ministry leaders.

  • Education and consulting

We are writing books and building resources to help pastors and church members grow in their walk with Christ. We also lead marriage retreats and parenting seminars, and offer pastoral guidance and strategic planning for churches.

Mission trips around the world

Across the U.S.

Tupos plans, conducts, and funds ministry to places across the U.S., including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, New Jersey, Alabama, and Louisiana.

Around the world

Tupos plans, conducts, and funds ministry to places across the world. We have ministered in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Honduras, Europe, Nepal, India, and Ecuador (beginning in 2026).

Partnerships

Where we serve

We partner with churches, pastors, and leaders in five places to leave the imprint of Christ, at home and around the world.

Atlanta Charleston Ecuador Nepal India
  • Atlanta, Georgia

    Gwinnett Metro Baptist Network

Tupos partners with the Gwinnett Metro Baptist Network to fund and expand church planting in the Atlanta area. Gwinnett County is one of the fastest-growing and most ethnically diverse counties in America. Its network of churches, of every size, culture, and language, preaches the Gospel in 25 languages every Sunday, so an investment here reaches countless nationalities.

    • Training church planters and encouraging pastors
    • Revitalizing churches
    • Building a pipeline for the next generation of pastors and leaders

    Reaching student athletes

Tupos partners with individuals in South Carolina who are clearly and intentionally sharing the Gospel with student athletes. Leaving a Gospel imprint demands the highest priority on evangelism, so we screen and observe every partner in this area of ministry.

Through this partnership, students are being saved at USC Aiken and in Berkeley County Schools. The next generation is vital to the Gospel's imprint across the world, and we are proud to stand with those reaching them.

    Pastors and leaders

Tupos partners with pastors and leaders in Nepal, conducting mission trips and funding evangelism and pastor training. On trips, we distribute water filters that open doors to share the Gospel, and we host and sponsor a Bible institute that trains pastors.

    • Unbelievers are hearing the Gospel and responding to Jesus Christ
    • God is calling men to pastor and preach
    • Trained pastors are being sent to urban and rural communities across Nepal

    A national Gospel ministry

Tupos partners with an organization that oversees a national ministry spreading the Gospel across India, a country of 1.47 billion people. Despite hardship and persecution, people are sharing and receiving the Gospel. Because mission trips there are difficult and dangerous, we fund the work through local pastors and believers.

    • Children are being fed and taught the truth of Jesus
    • Women are learning to read and write
    • Pastors are funded to plant churches in unreached areas

    Saturate Ecuador

Tupos is now leading a ministry to the western coast of Ecuador. The family who had long preached the Gospel there suffered a loss and could no longer carry on the work. After prayer and seeking the Lord, we accepted the invitation to lead it, believing it is a great opportunity to leave the imprint of Christ where His love and grace are needed.

Our plan begins a movement we call Saturate Ecuador:

    • Training local Ecuadorians to lead weekly ministry
    • Daily and weekly evangelism in targeted areas
    • Establishing a church-planting ministry
    • Medical, evangelistic, and physical-aid mission trips
